Julian Deschamps — President
As President, Julian sets the direction of the company and owns its standards on every project. He carries forward the values the business was built on — integrity, safety, quality and partnership — and holds every engagement to them. For Julian, the company's reputation is simple and non-negotiable: do what you say, hit your dates, and leave a site you're proud to put the family name on. Emmanuel Deschamps — VP of Operations
If the President sets the standard, the VP of Operations makes it real on every site. Emmanuel keeps our projects on schedule, on budget and running smoothly — coordinating crews, subcontractors and stakeholders so nothing falls through the cracks. Schedule reliability is one of the things we're proudest of across our portfolio, and that comes from disciplined, hands-on operations leadership. Emmanuel is the reason a Deschy Constructions site runs the way it does: organized, safe, and communicative from preconstruction through handover.
